All the staff were excellent, affable. The a la carte restaurant was excellent and offered amazing meals.

We were in Cancun for 4 days, had perfect 10/10 stay, the hotel was overall clean with ideal location right on the beach.

Fine stay in the shopping area. Hotel is luxurious, I loved perfect location and rooms. Property district is worth seeing. The beach is clean and the views are delightful.

the facilities were clean and the staff fast. business hotel in a lovely area of cancun. nice service within 0.5 km of the airport. the staff did all they can for an awesome stay. friendly check in and late check out.

All in all it was a very delightful experience and I would stay here again. The hotel was WELL-MAINTAINED, I liked warm rooms and charming staff. Pancakes and hot waffles were also fresh. In addition, the parking was nearby.

it was an exceptional time staying at this special hotel. it was fairly clean, and i loved wonderful staff and atmosphere. the room had an individual safe, flat-screen television and a mini bar fridge plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. bed was exceptionally comfortable and bathroom was spacious enough. at 0.5 miles distance from the airport.

Lovely hotel, informative staff, exceptional food. The room was pretty fully-equipped, immaculate, and with an extremely comfy bed. The location was unbeatable, not too far from rey ruins. The beach nearby was good and the view was lovely.

Extremely friendly stuff, inclusive breakfast, incredibly comfortable rooms. Hotel was fairly clean. Daily service was top notch too. A perfect beach, mesmerizing view. I loved the beautiful location, within 20 minutes ride to Cancun airport.

Wifi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

We will be back, when we stay in Cancun. Hotel is very clean and service is great. The host upon arrival was friendly.
